The reservation says a free breakfast is included while the hotel stopped doing breakfast for a long time. The reservation says checkout is at 11:30 while it is at 11. The hotel offered to cancel our reservation but that was late and we were tired of looking for another place. It would be good to update Booking page, we mainly chose the place over another because Booking says breakfast here is great.

Good option if you don't use the swimming pool

Breakfast is good and the room is clean.

The swimming pool is not a private commodity of the hotel, it belongs to the building. Then the pool has to be shared with the residents of the building, most of them are alcoholics and drug users probably. The pool is a whole mess.

Después de reservar aquí se comunicaron conmigo y me dijeron que si llegaba al alojamiento antes de las 19:30 hacer check-in me cobrarían 350 pesos más. Y eso no lo dijeron aquí en Booking como yo iba a una boda tuve que ir hacerlo.

Pésima experiencia

No llega ni a 3 estrellas, pésimo hotel, las habitaciones mega pequeñas, reservé 2 habitaciones y resulta que era para compartir en un departamento y eso nunca solicité ni me indicaron en la reserva. En ninguna de las 2 habitaciones que reservé había secador de cabello. Tiene un estacionamiento muy incómodo, había que esperar al encargado que abra y cierre el portón y a veces no estaba. Me escribieron diciendo que el chek in sería a las 5pm porque no les había llegado el personal… fatallll. Había que dejar una garantía de $1000 y solo podía ser en efectivo.

Es la primera vez que me quedo en un lugar así y la atención de la encargada de las habitaciones correspondientes no es buena , nos cobro aparte un extra , una de las tv no sirvió y nunca lo atendió, aunque el resto de las instalaciones está en muy buen estado El desayuno aunque lo ofrecieron continental es muy muy básico , una manzana picada con un pan casi sin mermelada y tardaron más de media hora en atender, aparte teníamos que estar “reservando” el desayuno a un numero de tel La alberca esta climatizada a buena temperatura pero el horario es hasta 5 30 pm Mi hija salía a las 3 de sus actividades porque fuimos a un evento, el plan era que disfrutara un poco más pero comía y apenas y le daba tiempo

Estancia cómoda y segura

No es un hotel como yo pensaba, son habitaciones en torre residencial. Todo muy bonito y limpio. El desayuno es continental pero tienen otras opciones, solo hay que avisar antes.

Cobran extra por check in más temprano o más tarde de su horario. Éramos un grupo grande, te piden ine de todos, y solo te dan un juego de llaves/tarjetas.

lo unico bonito, es la vista.

las recamaras son menos que básicas, si quieres tomar café o trabajar cómodamente en mesa o escritorio, tienes que bajar al área común, que es un piso abajo, ni si quiera es lobby o algo.....es un departamento, que no está mal si lo especificaran en la descripción...no hay aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador de piso y las 2 ventanas pequeñas que abren a medias son insuficientes para una buena ventilación. Tanto almohadas como toallas estaban manchadas de amarillo

Estafadores. Fraude. No es lo que prometen.

No nos gustó nada. Prometieron una habitación con cama Queen size y terminó siendo una habitación con literas individuales. Sospechosamente antes nuestra llegada nos mandaron fotos de que nuestra habitación ya estaba lista para recibirnos, sin embargo nos mandaron fotos de literas las cuales claramente no habia sido nuestra reserva. Al momento de hacer la reclamación la responsable nunca dio la cara. Todo fue por teléfono y mencionó que para hacer el upgrade teníamos que pagar extra. Todo el tiempo culpo a la aplicación de booking y según ella, ella haría la cancelación y la reclamación del reembolso, cosa que no sucedió. Además la srita recepcionista que nos recibió en el sitio, nos comento que no es la primera vez que esto sucede, pues a varias personas le han aplicado el mismo método de fraude.

La ubicación y la habitación bien

La oferta en Booking es un click bait, no muestran que la habitación ofertada es muy pequeña con literas, nada que ver con las que muestran en la publicación. Esto es con el fin de que uno reserve y después tener que pagar más por una habitación como las de la publicación. Aparte no indican que hay que dejar un depósito de 500 por la habitación ya hasta que estás en el lugar

Gran Lugar!

El edificio está muy lindo, el lugar tiene una vista impresionante. Además de estas amoblado con muy buen gusto, me encantaría volver.

Creo que el horario de uso de la alberca y el gimnasio, si bien no era mi plan al hacer la reserva hubiera sido bueno tenerlo en consideración con anticipación y así poder disfrutar está amenizar que eleva mucho la propuesta.

Fatal, no lo recomendaría o sería increíblemente CLARO en las situaciones del hotel

Contraté el cuarto para mi chofer y me menciona que primero le robaron cosas (un perfume y una bocina); en segunda que el cuarto era increíblemente pequeño, además de que había que dejar un depósito en garantía por cualquier consumo, situación que en ningún lado dice aquí que hay que dejar.

Buena atención, buena ubicación

La ubicación, la forma en que trata el personal. Si tienen alberca sin embargo, es compartida con las personas que habitan dicho conjunto pero por lo regular ellos no se meten. De hecho los días que estuvimos nos pudimos meter sin problema de que alguien más estuviera. Las instalaciones son limpias al igual que la alberca.

Las ventanas no servían bien. Una estaba descompuesta y la de la habitación no tiene adecuado sellado por lo que en la noche se filtra el frío y sale aire frío de los enchufes o.O.
