Comfort more like on a boat. Wind a huge factor. Little space indoors, kind of a ‚hobit house‘. Suits small people and those that like rustic/basic environment.

Loads of character
The windmill is in a great location to see all the sites. We visited Avignon, Nîmes, Arles, Gordes, Pont du Gard, Carcassonne, Beau de Provence all from here. It is a lovely stroll into the local quaint village with boulangerie and a few restaurants. The owner, Guillaume, is extremely nice and very helpful. He offered us a bottle of wine from his vineyard which was very good. It is worth a visit to his family’s Chateau du Bosc with motorbike, and bicycle collection. His father Claude was very kind and had the time to show us around. Our kids loved the space outside the windmill to explore and especially loved the secret door inside the windmill from the bedroom down to the lower level kitchen and living room. The windmill was very clean and everything worked well.
We really enjoyed our stay in the windmill but our younger children were a bit reluctant to stay in the very top of the windmill as it was a bit dark.
