Cosy cocoon in the middle of the city and nature

This property deserves a 20/10 : clean floor and furniture, comfortable beds and kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher), a television in every room, wellworking heating; really a great place to stay. Everything you need surrounds you : supermarket, busstop, trainstation, restaurants, nature, hikingtracks,... The place to be!!! And 2000% Covid proved : you can ventilate every room, so great! You can even desinfect the toiletseat with a spray! Thanks Patricia for your dedication and hospitality.

The rooms are very quiet but facing to a highway. Once again, nothing to hear of the traffic.

Fantastic place to stay. Beautifully decorated with style and eye for detail. Facilities are premium quality with great kitchen, shower, and bedroom(s). We found it very easy to park around the corner (for free). We highly recommend the nearby Grottes de Remouchamps, and the Ninglinspo hiking trail. We always come back here. Thank you very much Patricia for making this great place and keeping it so beautifull. Until next time !

Everything. This residence is very clean and located in a small town close the highway E25 about 20 minutes from Liege by car. Access is very easy by car. We were 4 persons and the appartment is well adapted for 4, rooms, kitchen, sofa, bathroom are all very clean. The owner (manager), Patricia, is a very nice lady. It is a pleasure to meet people like her. We truly appreciated our stay and we will certainly returned back next time when we visit Liege.

Stay in Aywaille in July 2021 for 1 night

The location is very good, in the city center of Aywaille close no nice restaurants and a bakery where you can have a very good breakfast. The host Patricia is very friendly and client minded, she helps where she can (she had tried to make a restaurant booking for us and informed us about nice alternatives when the initial restaurant we picked turned out to be fully booked). The apartment is clean and very comfortable, foreseen of towels,shower gel, also coffee, tea and milk. The apartment is quiet, even if it is located in the city center. We had no mosquitos in the room (we left the rooms closed when we returned after restaurant visit). Excellent value for money. We might return.

Outstanding customer service, and everything in the flat is new, stylish, well-kept, immaculately clean.

We found the beds to be uncomfortable, especially in double-bed configuration; the bedrooms can be noisy when windows are open.

Comfort, sleutels in kluisje, winkels in nabijheid, lekker warm in huis, ruime bedden, praktische &ruime douche. Goed internet. In keuken alles aanwezig. Ligt aan drukke weg maar je hoort er niks van.

De locatie was perfect. Midden in het centrum van het dorpje, met restaurants en terrassen.

Enige nadeel was, op het moment dat wij er waren, er werkzaamheden waren in het centrum, waardoor verschillende wegen opengebroken en afgesloten waren. We moesten daardoor wat verder van het appartement parkeren. De verhuurder kan hier uiteraard niks aan doen.

Echt een heel schoon en netjes appartement! Alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Ook was er na 2 dagen schonen handdoeken klaargelegd. Super contact met de host dus kan niet beter.

Het enige wat ik me kan bedenken is dat de slaapkamer aan de voorkant op een drukke straat uitkijkt. Het was warm in de slaapkamers dus met raam open geslapen maar heel veel geluid van buiten dus je word vroeg wakker. Ik had gewoon oordopjes mee en ik heb heerlijk uitgeslapen! Woonkamer had wel airco.
