Super easy. Leo sent me a WhatsApp beforehand so I could keep him updated on my flight arrival. While I could have picked the keys up in a lockbox, he was kind enough to meet me there, let me in, and show me how to use everything.
It was exactly as described, no complaints

Where it was located, the cleanliness and access to essentials.
Aircon seemed to cause a bit of illness in the mornings when we woke up

The directions (we used pre-booked e-cabs) and instructions from the owner were excellent. We arrived in the dark and the photo of the entrance was invaluable. The access was very well described and easy to understand. The location was fantastic, right in the city.
We are not city dwellers so it was a different experience for us. As a shared property with commercial offices it was a little noisy, especially in the morning. The facilities were clean and adequate.
