Location was great - close to all the sights, bars and restaurants of the old town and an easy 15-minute walk from the bus terminal. A little street noise in the sitting area, but this couldn't be heard from the bedroom, so we slept well. Bed was comfy, shower good, apartment had everything we needed. The SF homes staff were super-helpful - we had a couple of queries to which they responded very quickly (even overnight), and their restaurant recommendations were useful. The welcome pack (tea, coffee, bottle of wine and packet of snacks) was a nice touch too.
The door is on a narrow step on a narrow pavement on a one-way street, requiring us to take a little care not to step into the traffic heading up the hill when locking/unlocking. This was no problem for us, but might be a consideration for anyone with mobility or balance problems.
