Perfect place to stay.

Very well equipped, comfortable and clean. Very friendly host. Wonderful view of the town and the sea beyond. Quiet location just a short walk from the beach and town. Highly recommended, would definitely stay again.

Clean, quiet, cozy!

The host was very friendly. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and with a lot of free parking space. We plan to visit again.

A small bottle of shampoo in the bathroom would have been helpful.

Great hosts, cosy and beautiful appartment in a quiet area - very close to Palaiochora center.

No breakfast was included but Mrs Roula was kind enough to welcome us with some local treat and raki :). There was a small terrace with table and chairs that was really nice to relax after a full day of activities in the area! There was also filter coffee and a fully functional kitchen in case we wanted to use. Food in the area was excellent, so we did not :).

A minor point could be that the two single beds could have been a little larger and more comfy but other than that, the appartment was excellent.

A HOME FROM HOME!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Roula Apartments because of their amazing host – kind and always helpful - and we felt well looked after by Roula & her team. The apartment with sea views and balcony was spotlessly clean, very well equipped with a good kitchen, very comfortable and well positioned with easy walking distance into the town, and an apartment in a quiet street with amazing views. Roula’s lovely homemade Greek delicacies were a wonderful touch of their generous hospitality. We can highly recommend this place to chill and unwind.

Warm welcome and a perfect place to relax

Would highly recommend staying here...Andrea and his mother gave us a warm welcome. The room was spotlessly clean, very well equipped with a good kitchen, very comfortable and well positioned with sea views and balcony. They had left some some lovely homemade food which kept appearing throughout our stay, very kind! They also picked us up and dropped us off from the bus station. Great hosts! Paleochora is well positioned for those who enjoy a relaxed beach atmosphere and also want to go on the many hikes in the area. It also has some fabulous restaurants and is a good base to chill and unwind.

Apartment was very clean, excellent hosts. Plenty of hot water at all times. The position slightly out of town was good and very convenient for the beach.

The toilet could possibly do with a new toilet seat, other than that all was good.

Don’t come here for a 4 stars room..... its is a five star !!! Really simple decoration , not fashion at all ..... but amazing bed, amazing welcome, nice view even the area is still building around . Roula offers us her olive oil as a gift ..... Roula !!!! Efkaristo !!!!!

Wir wollten nicht mehr weg 😌

I can fully recommend Roula‘s Apartments, really. Not only was the apartment and it’s view magnificent, also we felt very welcome here thanks to Roula‘s hospitality. There was coffee and things like salt there and we even got a welcome present, a cake in between and a goodbye gift. Not to mention that Roula brought us to the bus station with her car because we travelled by public transport. 10/10

Ett drömställe på Kreta!

Ett stort apartment med fantastisk utsikt över staden och havet! Värdfamiljen bjöd på stor gästvänlighet med många presenter och hjälpande insatser som förhöjde semesterkänslan avsevärt! Underbara stränder, härliga vägar genom bergen och bergsbyarna, livsglada hjärtliga jordnära människor, det ger verkligen energi och glädje och en oförglömlig semester. Vi ses igen!

War super, wir würden wieder kommen

Wir wurden vom Bus mit dem Auto von Roula abgeholt und bei Abreise wieder hingefahren. Sie stand uns immer für Fragen zur Verfügung und war super nett und zuvorkommend. Es gab sogar ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk und sie hat uns von einer Wanderung mit dem Auto im Nachbarort abgeholt. Die Unterkunft war super! Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Küche war super ausgestattet. Aussicht vom Balkon war etwas durch andere Gebäude eingeschränkt, aber trotzdem noch schön. Wäsche waschen war möglich, es war nicht nur ein Wäscheständer vorhanden, sondern auch Waschmittel und Wäscheklammern (Bügelbrett & -eisen auch). Den Sonnenschirm haben wir leider gar nicht gebraucht.

Der Weg in den Ort war zu Fuß (vor allem nachts) nicht der beste, da man ein Stück an der Straße laufen musste. Roula hat uns zwar eine Abkürzung gezeigt, diese war aber unbeleuchtet und ein wenig steil.
