This is my third time booking units from this owner and all I can say is definitely worth the money! Mabait yung owner, malinis yung unit, and comfy yung place/bed. I came with my friend to celebrate her birthday and we enjoyed our stay. Malinis din ang pool. Nakapagluto pa kami sa unit. And of course, ang ganda ng view!!! Will definitely stay here again. Thank you po, Sir William.

The location was convenient, and the host was responsive.
The payment instructions were confusing. The confirmation mentioned both bank transfer and cash-only payment. As a foreign traveler without GCash or a Philippine bank account, paying in cash was inconvenient because each withdrawal with my foreign card costs an additional PHP 250-300. The exact amount and payment method should be explained clearly before arrival.
