Location. Almost complete in facilities.
Surprise to find out it was 2 separate areas and not a congruent facility. Some had to walk out of the ground facility to access a separate area in second floor.
But facilities were almost complete.

Only stayed for one night but it was comfortable and clean
Upstairs is seperated by an outside stairs unfortunately you need to go out in the back to go up but in fairness it is a separate unit in one house.

Beautiful outside appearance
Needs furniture upgrading, tiles need replacements, aircon is not functioning well(needs to be cleaned). Beddings need to be checked regularly prior to receiving guests. Not enough cuttleries.
