It’s was very quiet and we had a lovely upgraded room with a beautiful bathroom
Check-in and checkout was not straightforward. Dinner in the bedroom. Also the outdoors looked like it hadn’t been cared for, pool was green.

There seemed to be one girl doing everything, while she was great, she could have done with help to avoid long waits.

The staff and chateau were lovely. I would describe the style as quirky bohemian. Room was lovely and clean.
We were given a complementary drink for the fact we had to wait for service which was appreciated.
They only seem to have limited staff and as they had a function there at the same time it meant we were waiting a while for service.
We also hadn't realised that checkout was online and as there was nobody around in the morning we had to leave the key in the room. Just a bit confusing which could be down to the language barrier.

The breakfast was poor. A croissant a biscuit a smice of cake and some cheese and marmelade and a cup of coffee was not enough to start a day
I had to pass the dirty laundry to go to the room. We booked a room with garden view and got a room above the kitchen with smell of the cooking and cigarettes from the staff. We had to close our windows!
