A disaster. If you don't want problems with extra reservation fees!
The holidays houses were lovely. Everything inside was almost new and well-maintained.
For the first time since using Booking, I've had problems with a reservation. After the reservation had already been paid in full, a problem arose with an additional unjustified payment claim, which dragged on since the end of December 2023. Since then I spent hours and hours on the phone (a total waste of time) both with Belvilla and with the Booking support center and spent more than €50 on international calls (within the EU). On the last day, I gave up and paid an additional €300, on top of the already paid €300 for the taxes and final cleaning. (€600 in total), which the Belvilla agency wanted, because otherwise, they assured me that I would not receive the keys to the holiday home. Imagine that you are negotiating between two agencies about who paid who and how much. This is not the task of the customer. I have already made almost 100 reservations through Booking and I really wouldn't have believed something like this was possible if I hadn't experienced it myself.

Top Haus in super Lage
Perfekt ausgestattetes Haus in toller ruhiger Lage! Als Ausgangspunkt für Motorradtouren sehr zu empfehlen! Sehr sauber und die Ausstattung ist gehoben und alles dort! Es fehlt an nichts! Das 3.Schlafzimmer ist nur über eine steile Leiter erreichbar ( nichts für kleine Kinder oder ältere Herrschaften). Alle Fenster und Türen haben Fliegengitter. Elektrogrill (Weber)auf der ruhigen zum Garten gelegenen Terrasse! Carport und offener Stellplatz. Trailer kann auch abgestellt werden. Sehr nette Hausverwaltung!

Schlüsselpbergabe per Schließfach. 2 Badezimmer und 3. Toilette. Ausstattung sehr gut. Nähe zum Zentrum. Terrasse mit Markise auf Sonnenseite. Herrlicher Blick auf die Berge.
Leiter zur 2. Etage. Heiße Temperaturen im Dacjgeschoss. Internetverbindung war schlecht. Heizung war ausgestellt bei 16 Grad Celsius.

Tolles Haus mit großem Mangel
Gut ausgestattetes Haus, sehr ruhige Lage
Info über Adresse des Hauses wurde erst am Tag nach der Ankunft übermittelt, daher war die Suche nach dem Haus sehr schwierig und frustrierend. Ein WLAN ist zwar vorhanden, funktioniert in der Praxis aber nicht; nach dem Eingeben einer 16- oder 20-stelligen Zahlenkombination verliert jedes Gerät sehr schnell die Verbindung, man muss das überlange Passwort wieder eingeben, das wiederholt sich ständig.

Czysto, ładnie, nowy sprzęt, miły i pomocny gospodarz, schowek na narty i grzałka do butów, niezła lokalizacja: 20 minut Nassfeld , 1:10 do 3 zinnen dolomites, miejsce na parking 2 samochodów, jedno zadaszone
Do górnej sypialni prowadzi stroma drabina zamiast schodów, Brak ręczników i akcesoriów kuchennych (tabletek do zmywarki, płyn do naczyń, gąbka, mydła do rąk w łazienkach - pamiętajcie by zabrać to z domu)

Skvělé ubytování, rádi přijedeme znovu.
Vše čisté, vysoké a pohodlné postele, skvěle vybavená kuchyň, klid, k dispozici krb, sušák na prádlo. Dvě koupelny se sprchovým koutem a záchodem. Technická místnost s třetím záchodem. Super pro více lidí.
V druhém poschodí-na půdě hučel kotel, který byl hned vedle postele. Nejsou k dispozici ručníky, utěrka na nadobí, mýdlo, jar, tablety do myčky. Je třeba s tím počítat...

Großzügiges Haus mit Allem, was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht!!! Es war sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Nur zu empfehlen!
