About this house rental
Our house was completely renovated in 2015 and is ideal for up to five adults or families with up to four children and offers:
- A beautiful garden with a stream
- rest position
- The idyllic town center of Oberdrauburg with all daily necessities within walking distance (less than 5 minutes)
- Ideal location on the border between Carinthia and East Tyrol. Only 20 km east of Lienz and 30 km west of the picturesque Weißensee, it is only a jump to Italy
- Right on the Drau Cycle Path with the best connection to Lienz and the Carinthian Lake District.
The equipment of our holiday home:
- approx. 100 m² living space on two floors plus basement
- Sauna for up to 4 people with shower
- 3 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds and a sofa bed that can be turned into a double bed
- 2 bathrooms, one with a bath, one with a shower
- Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, convection oven
- Washer and dryer
- Satellite TV system, 42 inch flat screen TV, DVD player with a selection of our favorite films should you plan a quiet evening or the rain intervenes.
- Radio with USB connection and charging plugs for all common mobile phones
- Underfloor heating on the ground floor, central heating in all other areas
