Kitchen appliances and setup seemed fairly new and good sized for this type of apt., the bedroom with several beds and bathroom were also good-sized, good flat-screen tv and wifi worked well. Parking inside the gates. The owner and his daughter who met me were friendly, FYI they don't speak English but I speak Hungarian, however you can manage with a translator just fine. Hot water for shower worked fine. Roomy enough for a family, more updated & roomier than you might expect in a rural lodging.
Heat is not included in the price, it was 1000 forints extra/ per night which as of my stay was around 2.50 Euros (or dollars at the time). Understandable with price of gas in Europe now but should be noted in budgeting.
