Nice room, excellent staff and they were very flexible too.
Other guests were a little too loud when they got back in the middle of the night. The walls are not very thick, some soundproofing would be great.

this is a perfect stay for 2-3 people, or 2 adults + 1-2 children.
the room itself is not that big, in the sense of there's not much free space, but it has 2 beds (1 bed and a couch bed), it's enough for 4.
there's a small kitchen area with everything you need including a fridge, you can even prepare food if you want.
the place is really well thought out; all the furniture is well placed, maximising and using the space really well.
not sure if there's anything, maybe the lack of a dedicated parking slot, but even that is not critical, you can find plenty of parking slots around or use the big open parking (paid) from behind the building (Jaszai mari ter)

The bathroom is an otherworldly experience, with very good hygiene products. The rooms are very cozy too, with a pleasant amount of storage. The air conditioning was working well. Also, despite being close to bars, the room was remarkably quiet.
On 2 days out of the three during my stay the wifi was broken. Also. the towels were as rough as sandpaper. Another unpleasant part is the mattress, which is quite awful, it had a lot of bumps and was very hard.
