Superb
- good location. Beach is just a 10 minute drive. Big supermarket nearby. Motorway also nearby. Good location for visits to Lucca, Florence, Pisa, Cinque Terre etc. - House was very clean. Some things were a bit outdated but that didn't matter due to everything being so clean. - The hosts think of all the little things like little soaps, a few mini shampoos, water bottle on arrival etc. You could see that Antonella really put thought into making you feel welcome - private parking inside the garden - kitchen with a lot of facilities - strong WiFi - quick responses of Antonella
Most important thing to mention is that the owners are staying in the backgarden. They've segmented off a bit of the garden so as guest you have a private bit. But the pool and the other half of the garden is NOT private. It was not mentioned in the booking anywhere and the owners didn't seem to think it was weird. It's next to a busy road. We got used to it but might be an issue if you are a light sleeper. The hosts don't speak any English. All communication goes through Google translate. Worked fine for us So many mosquitoes outside at night in the garden that we usually stayed inside the house

Struttura molto pulita e arredata bene. Avendo fatto 1 sola notte non abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina e del giardino (pioveva!)… Guido, il proprietario, gentilissimo!
Unico punto che segnalo è che c’e 1 solo letto matrimoniale, 2 letti singoli e 2 letti da 1 piazza e mezzo: per 2 persone la piazza e mezzo era un po’ piccola!

Il signor Guido è stato molto carino e ci ha aspettato con frutta e da bere. Molto disponibile. La casa è grande e molto pulita. Le foto non le fa giustizia. È una buona scelta per venire in famiglia o amici!

Kényelmes ház, kedves tulajdonosok.
Teljesen felszerelt 2 szintes ház. Udvaron elég nagy medence, napozó ágyakkal, beszélgetős sarok 6 főre, étkező asztal 6 főre. 1-1 percre 2 db étterem és 3 percre a bolt, pékség. Kocsival be lehet állni az udvarra. 2 db légkondicionáló a házban. 2 db fürdőszoba wc vel es bidével. Az ablakokon spaletta van. Kértünk kávét, hogy legyen a géphez, mire odaértünk az is volt es még egyszer hoztak hozzá. Neten lehet csak rendelni, igy mi nem tudtunk venni.
Mivel a ház a főút mellett van elég nagy az éjszakai forgalom. Az ablakokon nincs szúnyogháló. Az emeleti fürdőben a kád padka annyira széles, hogy vizesen kiszállni csak érdekes módon, leülve lehet. Különben kicsúszol .

Liebevolles Zuhause auf Zeit.
Wir wurden vom Besitzer herzlich empfangen und die gesamte Zeit über hat er sich schnell und zuverlässig um all unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Zwischendurch bekamen wir liebevolle Aufmerksamkeiten von den Besitzern ( Obst, Gebäck). Das Haus war überdurchschnittlich sauber, gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ich vermute das die Besitzer saisonal selber in ihrem Haus leben und sich für den Sommer eine kleine Ecke mit einer Laube im Garten hinter großen Hecken eingerichtet haben, sodass beide Seiten ausreichend Privatsphäre haben. Die Lage ist super und man ist schnell am Meer, Städten und Bergen. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Besitzer sprechen nur Italienisch aber dank den Übersetzungsapps war die Kommunikation kein Problem.
In der Küche roch es etwas nach altem Zigarettenrauch. Ich habe aber auch eine besonders empfindliche Nase. Mein Mann hat es nicht gerochen.

Schönes Haus mit sehr netten Vermietern. Wir kommen gerne wieder!😀
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und kümmern sich auch sofort wenn man Probleme hat. Da kann man echt nicht meckern. Der Garten und der Pool waren auch echt sehr schön. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut. Man hat alles was man braucht. Durch die 2 Klimaanlagen im Haus ist es auch bei 40 Grad Außentemperatur gut auszuhalten. Platz ist ausreichend vorhanden und in jedem Zimmer steht ein Schrank für die Sachen.
Die Elektronik in der Küche müsste mal überprüft werden. Sobald man den Wasserkocher einschaltet knistert die Steckdose. Aber wir haben es jedesmal hinbekommen und das Haus steht auch noch 😉 Man sollte wissen das die Unterkunft an einer viel befahrenen Straße steht. Das kann zum draußen sitzen schon ziemlich laut werden. Im Haus selbst stört die Straße nicht.
