Excellent choice if you are staying in the area.

We paid for the deluxe sea view room and loved the v large terrace complete with sofa and sun beds. The room was huge, very light, bright and airy. The bathroom was also large, bright and with a double sized walk in shower. Both the room and bathroom were absolutely immaculately clean. The host was very friendly, hospitable and spoke excellent English. Breakfast was nicely presented and included fresh fruit, a choice of juices, yoghurts, cakes, bread and pastries. Cold cuts were available. Secure parking and a lift were a bonus!

Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working the one night we were there (I suspect merely a flat battery in the remote control for it) which meant sleeping with the terrace doors open. The trains hurtling underneath meant we didn’t get much sleep! The host was v apologetic and I’m sure this wouldn’t be a problem had there been a second night there for us.

Overpriced and noisy

Above average size Hotel style room, large balcony

Certainly not as advertised, it was not a luxury apartment. It was situated in a residential apartment block, very sterile. It did have a view of the beach, however the foreground was a road then a railway line then a second road and then the beach. On either side of the view were apartment blocks. You paid in our opinion, over and above an apartment without the view an additional 100€ per night for this so called view. Being close to the busy railway line we were woken at 5.00am by noisy trains. The apartment was advised with a mini bar style fridge, but a large size stated “the use of minibar to store personal food or beverage is not permitted” Why?

We booked the king room that comes with a terrace jacuzzi with sea view. The room is very clean and spacious with big bathroom shower. Free private sheltered parking is safe and convenient. Close to the beach, supermarket and restaurant. Helpful host! The view is amazing 🤩

We have a bit of trouble locating the building as the b&b room is managed by Ligure Residence, it is easier to direct check in at the Ligure Residence counter.

Une étape confortable

Établissement conforme à la description : quelques chambres avec un espace commun au dernier étage d’un immeuble. La chambre est très agréable avec une jolie vue sur la mer. Le service du petit déjeuner est bien. Le parking est appréciable.

Comme partout sur cette côte, le train passe à proximité (mais cela ne m’a pas dérangée). L’accueil est basique et pourrait être un peu plus chaleureux.

Une nuit début septembre

Acceuil excellent, chambre très propre, garage aisé et sécurisé, mais surtout la personne en charge du petit déjeuner, exceptionnelle ! Une mine d'informations sur l'art et la région Ligure. Je tiens à la remercier car elle a grandement amélioré notre séjour !

Sinon 3 points noirs : 1° Les heures trop justes: accueil 16h et départ le lendemain 10h- 10h30 ! Au regard du prix de la chambre, c'est osé. 2° La situation au- dessus des rails malgré les doubles vitrages on entend le train et très bien ! 3° La chambre qui donne directement dans la salle du petit déjeuner ! Pour la grasse mat, c'est râpé !

Una piacevole e valida scoperta.

Struttura esattamente come descritta, pulita e in ordine. A pochi passi a piedi dal centro di Pietra Ligure. Bellissimo il terrazzo con affaccio sul mare, ottimo il bagno con doccia ampia e potente asciugacapelli di tipo domestico. Colazione abbondante e varia. Personale molto cortese e disponibile.

Spettacolare!

*Un piccolo angolo di paradiso vista mare!* Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido B&B al quinto e ultimo piano di uno stabile, a poche decine di metri dalla spiaggia. Una terrazza attico davvero incantevole, ampia, vista mare, attrezzata con lettini, divano e tavolino, ideale per rilassarsi in totale privacy. La camera è modernissima, curata nei minimi dettagli e dotata di ogni comfort. Colazione ricca e gustosa, con prodotti freschi e abbondanti. Pulizia impeccabile e atmosfera accogliente. Un grazie speciale alla proprietaria, Signora Roberta, e a tutto il personale per la professionalità e la disponibilità. La possibilità di accedere alla piscina e al bar dell’omonimo e adiacente residence è un valore aggiunto. Infine, non meno importante, molto apprezzata la possibilità di posteggiare l'auto in un attiguo parcheggio riservato e coperto. Tutto semplicemente perfetto. Torneremo sicuramente!

Beau séjour malgré le chaud

Le service de la dame au petit déjeuner. Petit déjeuner simple et très bon manque peux être des œufs. La belle tersasse avec la vue sur la mer. La clim dans la chambre. La propreté de la chambre.

Heure tardive pour le petit déjeuner. 8h30 pour nous ca aurais été mieux 7h30.
