It was overall a good experience and a beautiful location!

The location was beautiful! It was a little bit of an uphill drive to get there but the views throughout the day were amazing. It was a very cozy place to go back to after a day of traveling and sightseeing. Alessio and Antonello were welcoming when we arrived and even helped us order food at night when we arrived late :)

It could be the time of year we were staying (October) but we wish we could've opened our windows. Every time we did, stinkbugs would come into our room. It wasn't a big deal, but we opted to have our windows closed when we would've loved to see the natural light come in :) It was also rainy season when we stayed, so that would've contributed to that factor. But that didn't sway us away from the booking and sitting out on their outside area was beautiful :)

Excellent accommodation in the peace and quiet of the Umbrian mountains, with amazing hosts.

As soon as we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. We were shown around the farm/accommodation. We saw inside the olive press room. We were given our own bottle of virgin olive oil to use during our stay. The owners had been foraging during the day and gave us wild asparagus, garlic and a carton of cream to go with our pasta we were cooking that night. Overall we felt that the owners of the accommodation went above and beyond what needed to be done.

Mattress was a little hard for our liking but didn’t spoil our stay.

Lovely view from the balcony. The owner was really friendly and gave us a little bottle of lemon oil they had made at the farm! His english speaking son was on the phone if we needed. Nice selection of croissants and jams for breakfast.

Amazing place with amazing views!

Amazing views, with a lovely breeze on our large rooftop balcony which had a wooden covered seating and 2 sun loungers. Lovely little kitchen/dining room,beautiful bedroom .

Breakfast bit disapointing as everything prepackaged, small carton of milk ,there for 3 nights, but a vist to lidl in Narni scalo where we bought fresh milk, bread etc. Just make sure you have some basics as no shops or restaurants close by

A great place will definitely go back.

Breakfast was simple but large. Lovely room, and beautiful gardens with great views, its a farm so lots of animals make it great for kids too. Lovely staff. Dinner has to be booked in advance- so make sure to do so, although there are good delivery pizza services nearby, and a bbq available in the garden.

The place is beautiful and clean. And he gave to us orange oil.

We were two days in the apartment. The first day was not hot water properly in such cold cold. The water was very weak! The water in the middle of the shower stopped suddenly, almost not extinguished water. We asked for the apartment owner to arrange it. The direction he did not speak English well-said his son would come the next day. We entered the second day. The shower is almost no water stream, stops suddenly, even weaker, and there is no hot water! I asked the apartment owner to come to the apartment and show. When he came very interesting that suddenly a little bit better, but not hot enough, and he claimed it's all right. That's what it's all right. We did not read that there was no one to talk to me and his son gave me the feeling that I was lying. The shocking that there is no hot water in the place so cold. Not worth the money !! And I will not go back there!

Magical & Cozy - Bring the family!

We LOVED this place. Fun fact, we had no idea what we were booking when we chose this place. Seriously, it was a last minute booking because we needed a break from fast paced Rome. So we chose something reasonably priced on the outskirts of Rome. What an experience. First of all, this place is in Narni, which inspired NARNIA! Yes, the Chronicles of Narnia. You could tell right away that this place is magical. There were these fog clouds with the green mountains coming out of the top. Then you could see small castle-like homes on the mountains. When we entered the city, we went through these tall brick arches. The view was breath-taking. I feel like we stumbled into a magical land. We were greeted by a Alessio (I hope i spelled it correctly), a very energetic and sweet young man, who is the son of the owner of the establishment and a delicious olive oil factory! Yes, OLIVE OIL! We could see the machines churning as we pulled up! The owner was so sweet, they even let us try some of the oil on a delicious bruschetta bread and brought it to our room with wine!! The entire dining table was covered in snacks & coffee! Like a dream! I cannot make this up! We have never been greeted in such a beautiful way. It was like going home to grandma's only, ten times cooler! That isn't even the beginning of the surprises. The house was cozy with high ceilings and the cutest bedroom and bathroom. Next thing I see is a little window door that leads to.... A BALCONY.. well more like a terrace. It was extremely spacious with a view of Narni and the mountains. There was another cute table outside for some outdoor dining and another covered table with benches for dining with shade. AND you wouldn't believe it, but Alessio (owners son) even called the local restaurant to make us a reservation at Azienda Agrituristica Ippoliti Stella restaurant, I can tell you for a fact, that we are coming back. I can rave all day about this place. You guys must see it for yourself!

The only thing that I didn't like was the length of my stay. I am so sorry that I could not stay longer. I will make sure that we stay longer next time.

Great host, very welcoming and chatty. We also had a tour of their olive oil mill. Rural location with fantastic views including a baby lama from the farm. Well furnished self catering unit. Outside breakfast on a wooden bench sitting area between grapevines and peach trees at the sunrise. Would definitely recommend

Without thinking, the Montanari Agrivillage was the best stay in our trip to Italy. We have no words to describe the cleanliness, the beauty, the style and the comfort of this accomodation. Truly stilish, very beautiful room with an exceptional balcony with a view You can not even describe.. The fireplace, kitchen, breakfast. All that was simply perfect. There is no other way to describe that. Located in the mountains to give You the privacy and the view from the balcony.. Just perfect.

Il posto è veramente bello e tranquillo. La struttura è meravigliosa ma ancora meglio è la gentilezza e cortesia del proprietario Antonello es suo figlio Alessio. Il frantoio produce un olio extra vergine molto buono. The location is really nice and peaceful. The accommodation is really good but even better is kindness and courtesy offered by the owner Antonello and his son Alessio. The onsite oil mill produces a very high quality extra virgin olive oil.

Bel posto, ma le cimici in camera no!

Posizione meravigliosa, panorama spettacolare. Presenza di un piccolo oleoficio sul posto

Avevamo le cimici in camera. Dopo il nostro ingresso ne vediamo spuntare qualcuna, le rimuoviamo, ma col passare delle ore continuavano a sbucare da ogni parte (bagno, fessure delle finestre chiuse, rete del materasso, armadio, sottotetto, lampadario, dietro i quadri). Abbiamo passato la notte ad eliminarle, ci è stato detto che non si poteva fare niente in quanto "è il periodo". Ci siamo riposati qualche ora in auto, perche non siamo riusciti a trovare un alloggio disponibile a poca distanza essendo questo a picco sulla montagna e distante da tutto. Abbiamo forse rimosso una ventina di cimici che non si capisce da dove stessero entrando pur essendo tutto chiuso, per cui il dubbio è che non sia stata fatta una pulizia approfondita con annessa disinfestazione. Sarà anche il periodo ma gli ospiti non possono pagare per utilizzare un servizio di questo tipo, per cui sarebbe bene accertarsi prima delle condizioni della stanza. Peccato perchè il posto merita.

Süße Einzimmerwohnung. Ruhige Lage mit Blick auf das Rieti-Tal. Das Frühstück macht man in Eigenregie. Da ich zu Fuß unterwegs war, wurde ich beim Sacro Speco mit dem Auto abgeholt, und mir wurde auch ein leckeres Abendessen zubereitet. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar.

Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein.

Ort für Naturliebhaber . Personal war freundlich.

Der einzige Grund, dort zu übernachten, war unterwegs eine Unterkunft zu haben und zu schlaffen. Das war jedoch nicht möglich, da die ganze Nacht und bis in den Morgen hinein lautstark Olivenöl produziert wurde, was erheblichen Lärm verursachte. Das Olivenöl gehört Montanari Firma.. Dazu waren Insekten überall.
