La ubicación: está cerca del centro, de un parque para niños y de una churrería.
Falta una limpieza en profundidad, los muebles antiguos, la mesa con las patas de madera bufada y roída, las puertas difícilmente podían cerrar, camas incómodas (incluso de espuma que te hundes) y almohadas cómo piedras, la cafetera estaba que daba asco, la zona de la ducha con las paredes con mosaico lleno de polvo, y podría seguir. En definitiva, no lo recomendaría.
