Vienna Hauptbahnhof Apartments 1

Great location next to the Central Station (Hbt Bahnhof). Very nice and clean apartment.

We had to call the owner since nobody was at the place waiting for us. A colleague showed up after 15 min- 20 min.

Good bed, but I will not recommend it for 4 persons, the couch it’s not for sleeping suitable. it’s really hard

TV doesn’t work, seems to be an old problem, I’m not the first one to complain about it. Also the owner doesn’t answer his phone. so if you have a problem you will have no support. I understand that it’s a Booking apartment, but from time to time it should be some repairs done and some paint repairs.

Everything was perfect.

The property is relatively new and everything is clean. It is tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a short stay. Close proximity to the main station and I was able to collect the key from the hotel next door.

The property was listed as having a cot available, which was then not possible. There were a few safety issues for small children (badly fitted electrical socket next to the breakfast bar, protruding screw under the breakfast bar). There is a vacuum available which is very useful with a toddler. Unfortunately the vacuum gives off a strong smell of dog after use, which is rather unpleasant. The kitchen needs to be restocked with new glasses, pans etc as they are either broken or no longer in a usable state.
