Marcel’s top floor flat with its huge balcony and the always refreshing breeze is the right apartment for a happy stay at Las Canteras Beach. The flat is bright and airy, windows and doors can be opened and there are 2 large fans on the ceilings which provide additional good cooling. The house has a lift and the flat is clean, functional and very quiet (no noise from any neighbours although logically the street noise is hearable but did not bother me). The kitchen had everything I needed to cook, and I really liked the huge fridge in which I could store my water melon and other items. The bathroom was okay and the shower pressure though low, well set, so that no water did spill out. The internet speed was fast and the internet worked seamlessly all the time. There were also 2 TVs and Netflix. I appreciated the warm duvet on the bed as it can get a bit cold during the nights, and a mere bedsheet and blanket which are usually being provided in Spain are not warm enough. So, I rate this as a 10 double plus. The location of the flat is 10 out of 10, beach, supermarkets, bus stop, shops, restaurants, all close by. I give a 10 plus for the fact that there were no insects in the flat. No cockroaches, no flies (the one odd fly always disappeared quickly) and no mosquitos (I saw one or three in between but they had no impact). Marcel responded always immediately or very fast to my messages on WhatsUp, check in was super easy, and if there was something to be done, Marcel did it quickly and listened to what I said (which is usually rare to find). All in all, I had a happy and good stay, and it was pleasant to be outside on the large balcony and enjoy the 2 views to the sea and to be so close to the beach. Great host, very happy with the communication, Wonderful roof terrace, very stable and fast internet connection perfect for work and the location couldn't be better. Overall extremely satisfied. I would be happy to come back in the future!

Comfy bed

The shower was very veak.

Amazing terrace, washing machine Included, bed was v comfy, modern TV with hdmi fitting for my laptop. Small supermarket over the road, quiet to sleep at night, comfy sofa

Could do with a broom or similar, the terrace stayed wet for a while after rain and I would skid on floor as I entered apartment. Just be good to sweep it away so terrace dries quicker and maybe I need more grips on my shoes🤔 And to sweep indoors if you are there for for long trip
