Room was basic but perfectly fine for the price. Breakfast included. Great location.
Staff were nice but sometimes too pushy with trying to book everything with them (which unfortunately made us reluctant too).

Location was great. The owner tried to be nice... Price-value somehow decent.
Room could be cleaned much better, stains on bed, bits of hair on duvet, floor dirty and you are expected to walk around without shoes from outside - no clue how they managed to have it so dirty. Breakfast SO poor. You even have to choose between jam OR butter. We thought it was a joke. Bread felt like a cracker. The kids were all over the place also i guess it's just Vietnam but people are horribly loud all the time and yelling on you for absolutely no reason. Yeah bed is rock hard.
