It was central so close to restaurants and the Tam Coc cruise (walking distance). Bike rentals were very cheap with decent quality (30k), laundry was also good price (30k/kg). The couple was very nice. The room was big and clean. There was decent breakfast included and water was free. There was also hot water.
There was no heating, we could hear all the noise from the main street. The comforters smell bad even though it looks clean.

We had different breakfasts. The room was great and comfortabel with a beautiful view! New towels every day. Perfect location definitly reccomend.
The locks of the doors were hard to close and scratched our fingers. The room wasnt very isolated so the bugs could come in easily.
