Friendliest staff here of our whole trip! Couldn’t have asked for a better first accomodation on our Japan trip, we immediately felt comfortable and at home

I guess the best thing really is location. It's great that there was a train station right outside of the hotel. And Tokyo station is only 15-20 minutes walk away. Walking the Ginza shopping area and finding Namiki Dori St. was easy.
It seems the room has seen better days. Renovation might be a good idea. Cleanliness could be better and of course the room was pretty tiny. I would book a 2-bed room if I ever stay here again. Also, the breakfast is great the first day. But is it always the same breakfast everyday? That would get boring.......

The staff did an awesome job!
The pillows are hard, bidet doesn’t work well, the bath tub are so high and uncomfortable bed.
