It would be even better if the furniture were renewed. Improvements to the toilets and water pressure would be especially important. Amazing outside space, lovely grounds swimming pool outside seating

The vila is perfect for a group of friends. Has 6 rooms with AC and a balcony and a lot of facilities to spend time outside: swimming pool, bbq place, a large covered terrace, 2 fridges to store food. There are enough parking places. The grass is perfectly maintained and it was a pleasure to step bare feet on it. It's a pleasure to stay outside.

The road to the vila. From the main road there are 150 meters of damaged road but this a general problem in Balchik.... Some rooms are smaller but for sleeping are enough.
