Pousada simples, mas aconchegante para uma noite de descanso.

As funcionárias são muito atenciosas, desde o atendimento via telefone e durante a estada. Fomos em grupo de 15 pessoas para a Bienal do Livro. Chegamos tarde na pousada e rapidamente estávamos acomodados, descansando.

O quarto que fica no terceiro andar, sofre com o barulho da bomba da caixa d'água.

GOSTEI DA LOCALIZAÇÃO SER PRÓXIMA AO RIO CENTRO. O VALOR FOI BEM ACESSÍVEL. SÓ ESTEJAM ATENTOS PARA NÃO PEGAREM OS QUARTOS 10 E 11, ELES FICAM DENTRO DO REFEITÓRIO.

NÃO GOSTEI DO QUARTO QUE FICAMOS. ERA NO 3º ANDAR DE ESCADA, MAS ESSE NÃO FOI O PROBLEMA. A QUESTÃO QUE NÃO GOSTEI É QUE O MEU QUARTO FICOU DENTRO DO REFEITÓRIO E DURANTE TODA A NOITE TIVEMOS BARULHO DE BOMBA NA CAIXA D'ÁGUA. PELA MANHÃ CEDINHO A ORGANIZAÇÃO DO CAFÉ, IA O BARULHO DENTRO DO QUARTO, SEM CONTAR OS HÓSPEDES QUE CONVERSAVAM MUITO ALTO, POR NÃO SABEREM QUE OS QUARTOS 10 E 11 TINHAM HÓSPEDES QUERENDO DORMIR UM POUCO MAIS

Reservei uma cama de casal e recebi duas camas de solteiro unidas. Ao solicitar taças para tomar um vinho, me foi oferecido copo plástico e em seguida, após questionamento, recebi copo americano. Não havia consumo local, como água refrigerante e etc.

Quarto grande e confortável, a flexibilidade do check in muito, estacionamento, condomínio fechado , fácil acesso e quero deixar uma observação maior para Fabiana foi uma funcionária super atenciosa e todas as outras um grande abraço para todos eles.

Fui pego em cima da hora que o café não estava incluso no pacote da hospedagem , gostaria que não tivesse essas opções , tinha que ser sempre o café incluso, lá tive que pagar 25 reais por pessoas com poucas opções. Mas se já tivesse incluso no pacote talvez não sentiria esse impacto . Mas volto hospedar aí com o maior prazer foi muito bom , super indico.

A localização para o ponto onde estávamos trabalhando, era ótimo. Quartos simples, mas entrega mais do que o esperado, excelente custo-benefício. Confortável, limpo, colocamos 13 funcionários hospedados e zero reclamações, todos satisfeitos.

La posada se encuentra un poco lejos de lugares como mall o playas y el barrio exterior es un poco peligroso, pese a que esta se encuentra dentro de un condominio cerrado

Eu e minhas amigas tivemos objetos levados do quarto que estávamos, roupas, gargantilha e pulseira. não tivemos NENHUM ação positiva da pousada nem ao menos puxar nas câmeras, se elas estivessem funcionando! informaram que não tinham responsabilidades sob nossas coisas , ficamos expressamente chateadas , só não chamamos a policia no momento pois era nosso ultimo dia no Rio e tínhamos um cronograma do dia , mas acabei que ja fiz o B.O e espero o mínimo que seja justo. Pois objetos serem levados do quarto e o estabelecimento informar que não tem responsabilidade sobre o teto deles , me desculpe mas pode fechar. Nunca vi isso na minha vida.

Aconchegante e acolhedora, são todos maravilhosos.

O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com gostinho caseiro. Amei😃😋. O atendimento é excelente, todos são muito atenciosos, acolhedores. O quarto é confortável, limpinho. O local é super tranquilo e muito seguro, me senti muito segura.

As toalhas estavam limpinhas e foram trocadas todos os dias, porém poderiam ser mais alvejadas, estavam amareladas, talvez pelo tempo de guardada.
