Lokalizacja, wyposażenie.
Bardzo wilgotne mieszkanie, należałoby poprawić wentylacje. Niesprawne okno łazienki, nie dało się go zamknąć, szczelina była zatkana ręcznikiem, bardzo zimna łazienka. Zdjęcia nie odzwierciedlają realnego wyglądu.
