Great value- great location- Comfortable rooms and spectacular views of the mountains and beach

Elevator was the only issue as there is only one and at times a couple dozen people needing it

Really great views from the bedrooms. I might have overlooked it in the property description but I was shocked at the views. You won't be disappointed. Extremely convenient beach access. Good restaurant selection nearby. The apartment is clean and comfortable.

The following notes should not discourage you from staying here. The location and views more than make up for a couple shortcomings. It seems like the owner is working through some issues with regard to the payment process. Arriving on a Sunday made the current process unusable. After walking around Rodadero for about an hour we were given the option to pay the receptionist. That worked much better than the process we were initially given. There were some fees that weren't disclosed until after booking the room (cleaning and administration). Additionally, each guest is required to pay the security guard 9000 pesos in order to receive the required security wrist band. After seeing the condition of the apartment and the spectacular views these were quickly forgotten. I understand not providing soap, shampoo, etc but at least one roll of toilet paper should be provided. The swimming pool is not practical if you are only staying one night. Our apartment wasn't ready until 4 but the pool closes at 5. The pool opens at 11 but checkout is 1.
