InnPisaRentals - Loft in Pisa Historical Center

Nice apartment in a good location. Short walk to Pisa attractions and to train station for days out. Nice and cool with air conditioning, it was a heatwave while we were there. Very peaceful area. Hosts were very helpful and friendly.

The apartment was a bit tired but still comfortable and good value for money

It was a large apartment and we were glad to have a washer to clean clothes in the middle of our vacay in Italy.

The air conditioner needed some help. It was never cool in our room. The host had left a floor fan that we directed toward the bed in order to sleep.

The location is really good ... very close to the center, very quiet, cozy appartement, nice bed. But ...

1. It is located in a "Limited traffic zone" which does not only mean you have to drive slowly or so, no, you are not allowed to even go there shortly w/ your car to get your luggage out. 2. It is one single room, not as described "1 bed room, 1 living room", and the kitchen in the same room. 100 EUR (!) for cleaning !? 3. Don't take the wording "fully equippped kitchen" too serious. Very simple "Develey-type" glasses, not even the simplest wine glass - in contrast what's shown in the images. No tea pot. No cutting plate. No salad bowl or such. 4. But the top bringer is the policies panel and the threats stated there: "Strict policy before leaving the appartement: heating to max. 18°C, AC off, all lights off. Failure to comply to these rules will result in extra charge w/o notice. The appartment may be remotely monitored" (!!) ... although, I couldn't find any cameras or such. ;-)) I can share images if you don't believe this.
