We had 2 couples sharing the apartment for several days in Barcelona. The apartment offered good sized rooms with some flexibility in terms of the layout (one room has a sliding wall so it can be opened for more shared space or closed for more privacy). It is on the top floor, so it has nice views of the Montjuic area (museum buildings and stadium), and several terraces you can use at different times of the day/night. Each bedroom has a modern bathroom which is nice and there was a laundry machine in the apartment, which was nice since we'd been traveling awhile, and were able to get some laundry done while we were there. Plenty of room for 4 people and well stocked for all our basic needs/expectations.

Overall this was a great place, but our only critical feedback would be the elevator was very small, so we couldn't all use it together (especially if we had luggage/bags), and the elevator didn't go to the top floor, so the final level required stairs (not a big deal, except when moving luggage in/out). Also, we had events in the Montjuic area and the Gothic Quarter/City Center, and although this location was roughly between both, it was a bit longer than we wanted to walk on a regular basis, so we ended up using the subway instead of walking every day. Depending on how much you want to walk, you may want to consider the location (relative to where you plan to spend most of your time in Barcelona). Again, the apartment was great overall, so these issues were very minor and buying a subway pass while you're visiting is probably a good idea anyway.

the apartment is modern with all necessary facilities to cook if necessary. very clean. very quiet place which was important for us. Free late check out was a nice touch. The best was the terrace with sunbeds and the views.
