Excellent stay in a great villa. Just what we needed!

A beautiful, well equipped, individual villa. Fitted out with quality fixtures and fittings. Everything we needed to have a relaxing holiday. Dimitris was the perfect host and went out of his way with information and advice. Would love to be able to return next year.

Amazing

Our host Dimitris and his wife Despina were wonderful people. Dimitris contacted us as soon as getting our reservation to say welcome and share the location so that we could find easier the place. Along our stay they were so attentive and took care us very closely. The property itself is so cozy and has very stunning panaroma, directly at the coastline. I recommend to all who looks for comfortable, enjoyable and perfect holiday home. For sure, we will visit it on any escape opportunity. Thank you so much Dimitris and Despina for those unforgettable moments.

Stayed here for almost 2 weeks and enjoyed the most of it. Dimitris was always very kind in giving us tips regarding where to go in the area. I recommend this location for those who want a quiet place to rest in a perfect set up. The villa has a nice deck with sunbeds and you are literally 10 m from the sea. Well equipped apartment and a barbeque outside. An olive tree orchard in front of the house and a well maintained garden (thanks to Dimitris's father) with a lot of flowers. Definitely one of the top picks if you go in Alexandroupoli.

Wonderful place with amazing views

The apartment is done to a top standard, everything you need for comfortable stay is there! The location is amazing, views are outstanding . Easy access to the beach , it’s pebble beach and quite steep ( not a problem when you are confident swimmer)

Only downside is that there is not safe walking pavements along the road connecting the town, you definitely need a car or use taxis to get around

Great place, close to sea (sea was crystal clear and warm). Apartments have all you need. Beautiful territory with green grass for activity and relax. You can seat with the glass of wine and see the sea.

Ruhige, traumhafte Unterkunft direkt am Meer

Die Lage und der ruhige Ort | Strand. Perfekt zum runterkommen. Auch das Appartement war einfach nur Klasse. Wir kommen wieder ;) Da wir mit Kind angereist sind, war es uns sehr wichtig 2 Schlafzimmer zu haben, damit man auch in schlechten Nächten einen Ruhe Raum hat. Das war perfekt. Alles vorhanden in der Küche und auch sonst war alles da, was man so täglich braucht. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und auch während des Urlaubs stand uns immer der Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank an Dimitris und seine liebe Mama Ihr seid sehr herzlich.

Biz ailecek Halkidiki'de bi hotelden anlık bir kararla tatilimizi uzatalım istedik ve buraya geçtik. Yanımızda beach ya da banyo sonrası için havlu yoktu. Villada 4 tane havlu vardı ve biz 4 kişiydik. Beach için de kullandık dolayısıyla 2.günümüzde havlu ihtiyacımız oldu. Villanın sahibi bize havlu istediğimiz için sitem etti offladı puffladı. 2 gece ödemesi yaptığımız için mecburen kaldık ve ayrıldık. Kalacak olursanız sahibinden hiçbir şey istemeyin!
