Our villa is the first eco-house in Greece and has been converted into unique holiday accommodation, while design influences from ancient Greece houses. The villa’s layout creates a sense of relaxed privacy. Enclosed and open spaces draw you into the villa, cocooning you in a feeling of outside yet inside.
Ideal to accommodate up to 8 guests.
It consists 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, two bathrooms with WC. An open-plan living room with 3 sofas, a dining area for 8 people and an equipped kitchen. The large hallway leads to the master bedroom, with its fantastic sea view, with the queen-size bed (180cm), a large built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed. The third has two single beds and the fourth bedroom a single bed and a sofa/bed.
The villa has a private terrace with a dining area with sea view and a patio with sea view. An open kitchen with BBQ
Parking can extend to over 15 cars with shaded parking area for two cars.
On the property, there are approx. 120 trees and cultivated naturally. There are also gardens which include fruit trees, grapes, and bushes (a bonus, if you are in the right season). If you are interested, the owner of the property is willing to give you a mini-course explores the world of bees.
