Open floor plan with full kitchen, DR, double LR with 55” TV & foos ball table, 3 bedrooms with queen size bed, 2 full bathrooms, exercise room & back patio with sofas, table & koi pond. Parties are not allowed.
Vibrant community with many unique restaurants and bars within walking distance of the house. Plenty of shopping and attractions including the Music Box Theater, The Vic and Metro music venues, and of course Wrigley Field.

Perfect for our multigenerational visit! We walked to Cubs game and cute local dinner spots, took bus to the zoo and the El to the loop.

We had a very nice stay and enjoyed the VRBO. It is a nice home with plenty of space for four. The beds were comfortable as was the furnature. A couple of concerns were that we could not use the AC because we couldn’t find the remotes. It was 80 degrees in there. We were able open the windows and use the ceiling fans though. Also the ice maker needs a new filter, and we found dust on the ceiling fans and other areas.

Wonderful stay. Perfect location. Near grocery store, coffee shop, and multiple popular shopping stores. Comfortable beds. Communications with host were excellent. If I need a place near Wrigleyville, I would definitely stay here again. Howard

Very well kept and spacious place, close proximity to Wrigley and plenty to do within a 10 minute walk. The house has unique features that make it very enjoyable and I would stay here again.
