Open floor plan with full kitchen, DR, double LR with 55” TV & foos ball table, 3 bedrooms with queen size bed, 2 full bathrooms, exercise room & back patio with sofas, table & koi pond. Parties are not allowed.
Vibrant community with many unique restaurants and bars within walking distance of the house. Plenty of shopping and attractions including the Music Box Theater, The Vic and Metro music venues, and of course Wrigley Field.

What a gem! Perfect location for walking to Wrigley for a concert. The house is charming and well equipped. Beds were comfortable and the whole apartment was set up well for our group of 6. Mark and Eric were easy to communicate with and helpful. The binder left for us had all the information we could possibly need. Loved how easy and stress free checkout was - no need to strip beds or do laundry like some places we’ve stayed. The only small drawback was finding parking. While we had a permit issued to us, we arrived during an event at Wrigley so it was scarce. Nothing the owners can do about that - just be aware if you’re staying during an event.Would 100% stay again!

Beautiful property with lots of historical features and a great neighborhood. Easy walking distance to Wrigley Field and to shopping and dining. Hosts provided excellent communication and made the stay so easy and convenient. Would definitely stay again!

If you are coming for baseball THIS is the vibe. I got up in the morning and took a stroll to Wrigley every day! The home is so amazing with all the charm and touches you would expect in Wrigleyville. The AC worked so well during the worst heatwave. The koi pond in the back patio was a great place for coffee in the morning. We'd also like to say what a great organizational structure there was. Loved the binder with all the information and that things were compartmentalized for ease of use. While this is a shared space it absolutely didn't feel like it. Plenty of privacy with different entrance points. Fantastic restaurants and shops in all directions. This was a once in a lifetime trip for our family and for 5 days and nights we felt "home" when we arrived back from a game or site seeing.
