Cozy little guesthouse, comfy and clean. A friendly and helpful host. You can do laundry for 10 lari. The location is within walking distance to oldtown and the beach. There's a shared balcony, shared fridge, you have a kettle in your room and cups. It's nice :)

Лучшее место проживания в Грузии в этот приезд. Доброжелательные хозяева, всегда и во всем готовые помочь. Отличная квартира. У нас был номер на 3 этаже (это единственная сложность была) - большей номер с большим балконом. Фото полностью соотвует реальности. Большой холодильник, плита, стиралка, микроволновка, утюг и доска, посуда ( правда, пластиковая). Все было. До моря 5-7 минут, до центральной улицы ещё меньше. Все рядом, очень удобно! Всем рекомендую. Другие комнаты не видела, но они явно меньше. Но и дешевле)
Периодически билась головой о потолок, так как кровать находится в нише 😁😁😁 Но это мелочи))

The location is very nice, and the host was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-equipped.
The bathroom was tiny and awkward to use. The room was not cleaned during our 2-night stay.
