The location was very quiet, nice views, close to a park for the kids and a grocery store with everything you need. All the basics included. For the price, considering we booked last minute, we were happy with the value.
You can hear the neighbours / people in the next rooms quite well. It was not a huge problem, overall noise level was bearable, but it's not super well noise proof. No coffeeshops nearby so you have to make your own coffee. Responsiveness with host was OK via booking.com, but calling or whatsapp were left unanswered.

Die größe des Zimmers und der Balkon top. Da super Wetter, war der Balkon morgens schon zu heiß. Fahrradkeller
Geschirr etwas knapp. Müslischale und großer Kaffeebecher nur jeweils 1 mal.

Big room with the balcony.
Smell in the hotel was really bad. Room was dirty.
