The sauna area was SO lovely after a day of hiking. The apartment was well stocked, had a beautiful view and was plenty of room for 4 of us. The pool and all the extra garden fun was amazing for the kids.

Es war sehr sauber und die Grundausstattung super. Der Garten ist toll und wir konnten den Pool genießen
Ein paar Küchenutensilien wie z.B. Pfeffer und Salz oder ein Spüllappen könnten noch helfen

Czysto. Na plus sauna wliczona w cenę.
Personel nie mówi słowa po angielsku. Odbiór kluczy następuje w obiekcie Hotel Kristall, o czym nie ma informacji w ogłoszeniu i wiadomości. Przy próbie kontaktu telefonicznego obsługa odrzucała połączenia bez rozwiązania problemu (odbiór kluczy!). Apartament odebraliśmy tylko dzięki innym gościom, którzy podpowiedzieli nam co zrobić. Dodatkowa opłata 35 euro za sprzątanie płatna tylko gotówką, o czym nie ma mowy na bookingu ani w wiadomości. Łóżka niewygodne. Basen porośnięty.
