Ok for short stay if you spend whole day on trecking

Very clean, location - not far from Brunick but as well not close - do need to drive - 15-20 minutes up by mountain roads

weird odour in the air which in room, even the window stayed opened all day, didn't disappear, old-fashioned a bit.

The owner agreed to our request to move my daughter's room from the third to the first floor (next to my room). Thank you for accommodating our requests at the last minute. The apartment has an elevator, so we do not have to carry our luggage up the stairs. The apartment offers a pleasant view. We adore it, it was so peaceful and tranquil

Perhaps a curtain shower so that we can shower without getting the floor wet.

Nice location, great terrace, having elevator was real help considering our room was on the 2nd floor. The hotel staff was very helpful. The kitchen was well equipped.

The interior was retro, from 90's -refurbishment would be highly advised.

Overall an average experience

Parking is free and right in front of the property. Location is a bit far from Kronzplatz, however the views are nice, because it’s quite at a quite elevated location compared to Bruneck. Apartment was clean, comfortable, but dated.

We stayed in an apartment and wanted to cook our own food - we did, however the equipment was quite limited. You have to book sauna in advance still (because of Covid there can only be one household at the time in the sauna), which we did. When we arrived for our slot, there were other people in the sauna, which was confusing. We shared the sauna anyways, but got rudely kicked out ten minutes before our slot ended, because it was closing down for the night, apparently. I have to say this sauna experience wasn’t very professional or made me excited to stay here again.

- Very clean everywhere - good location for tourism - several shops available very close by - very good communication with the hosts - good free parking with enough space available - Price / performance ratio was very good - 20 minutes to Kronplatz, if you are planning to ski there - beautiful view - almost all needed equipment was available in the kitchen

- staying in rooms on the ground floor next to the bar/common area is not for you, if you want to sleep early before 22:00. Until that time, there it is quite busy and noisy. - we missed electric kettle

Exceptional

This was a really great apartment in a charming town with lovely hosts. The hotel offers a very good breakfast for an extra fee, which we took advantage of and were not disappointed. Had we stayed longer, we would have made better use of the large kitchen which seemed to have everything one would need. It was very clean and very comfortable, and the size of the apartment affords privacy even when travelling in a group. We loved our terrace and the view, and we hope to stay there again.

Il residence è in una posizione molto comoda e lo staff ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. La camera è risultata molto pulita e con un balconcino con una vista bellissima.

L'arredamento è un po' datato ma come punto d'appoggio è ottimo.

Nulla di buono, esperienza da non ripetere

Arredamento anni 80, vasistas con infiltrazioni che scorrevano lungo le pareti. Bagno molto datato provo di qualsiasi piano di appoggio. Cucina senza forno, neanche uno a microonde con utensili contati. wi-fi buono solo per qualche messaggio whatsapp tanto da preferirie il non utilizzo. Prezzo altissimo per l'alloggio fornito. Letto singolo aggiuntivo a pagamento prenotato come divano letto, ma ci siamo trovati una vecchissima poltrona sporca priva di materasso. L'appartamento da me prenotato è da considerarsi un monolocale mansardato e non un appartamento, ho dei dubbi anche sulla metratura, ma va beh. Siamo dovuti andare a chiedere asciugamani per la bimba di 3 anni pagante ed anche del sale e dell'olio, dato che in cucina c'era a malapena una stufa.

Qui regna la tranquillità

Lo staff mette a disposizione ogni giorno la lista degli eventi nella zona, questo ci ha aiutati a conoscere meglio i paesi nei dintorni. Per tutto il soggiorno ha regnato la tranquillità.

Oltre ai piccoli negozi presenti a Terento, se si cerca un Supermercato bisogna spostarsi di molto fino a Brunico. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto l'appartamento sul lato posteriore che non ha una vista eccezionale, immagino che il fronte con vista sulla valle sarebbe stato molto bello.

Rilassante vacanza in famiglia

Appartamento molto spazioso e ben dotato, ottimi anche i servizi offerti dal residence, come la sala giochi nel seminterrato.

La posizione un po’ scomoda, paesino piccolo e con poche possibilità di divertimento per i più giovani al di fuori del residence.

Breve vacanza in Alto Adige

Posizione tranquilla, molto silenzioso , vicino al centro del paesino. Parcheggio di fronte la struttura, soluzione comoda per raggiungere i vari sentieri della zona.

Unico appunto: l'appartamento senza balcone era una mansarda monolocale con due finestre sul tetto. Secondo me meglio specificarlo in descrizione, non aver avuto la visuale del panorama è stato un peccato. Per il resto tutto ottimo.

Proprietari accoglienti gentili e simpatici Martin e la moglie bravissime persone, struttura molto carina, ottima posizione x varie escursioni e visite in due giorni siamo stati sul lago di Braies un incanto da girarlo tutto poi vi consiglio di salire dal lago x 1 km e andare alla malga la foresta dove potrete assaggiare tante specialita' del posto o bere una birra ghiacciata bellissimo, il giorno dopo destinazione San Candido x fare la ciclabile di 44 km San candido Lienz spettacolo le bici si possono affittare da Papin sport presso la stazione di San Candido x poi lasciarle a Lienz e prendere il treno x tornare a San Candido, al ritorno vi consiglio di cenare presso il bar ristorante pizzeria Fuori Binario locale in prossimita' della stazione di San Candido ottima cena e buon prezzo, dopo cena vi consiglio di visitare la cittadina molto molto bella.

Estancia tranquila ay para conocer la zona

La ubicación para conocer los alrededores, la tranquilidad y el paisaje . El apartamento cómodo y tiene de todo , los dueños son un encanto ayunado en todo . Tomamos el desayuno y súper bueno . Cerca hay restaurantes donde poder comer también . Muy limpio .

Bello e rilassante

Camera/appartamento spazioso e luminoso, cucina funzionale e accessoriata. Bagno grande con vasca. Letti comodi. Bella terrazza spaziosa con tavolo per mangiare fuori e sdrai per rilassarsi con bellissima vista sulle montagne. Anche il tavolo interno è di fronte ad un'ampia finestra con vista sulle montagne. La posizione del Residence è comoda vicino ad alcuni sentieri come quello dei Mulini in cui ammirare le montagne di terra, al supermarket e a 15 minuti in auto da Brunico.
