The property is very close to the station ( and therefore buses to the airport) and buses into the city centre pick up and set down right outside. It takes 22 mins to walk to the Arena. The room was very clean and beds comfortable. Beautiful bed linen and towels. Good air conditioning and TV. Access to a kitchen if required. The host is very easy to communicate with and provides a lot of information to make the visit easier and more enjoyable. Very private.

Proximity to train and busses was perfect. We even walked home from the old city

- near train and Bus Station - comfortable bed and towels - In case of cold nights, we got extra blanket - easy access including keys - kitchen: all necessary equipment e.g. fridge and water kettle - bathroom with hairdryer
- no heating in the room, so we asked for extra blankets and got them promptly

The property itself is acceptable.
Misleading info about location. Difficult to access. We only had 24 hrs in Verona and wanted to be in walkable area. This is not. We did not stay here and asked for a partial refund but our calls went unanswered
