- comfortable bed and towels
- In case of cold nights, we got extra blanket
- easy access including keys
- kitchen: all necessary equipment e.g. fridge and water kettle
- bathroom with hairdryer
- no heating in the room, so we asked for extra blankets and got them promptly

The property itself is acceptable.
Misleading info about location. Difficult to access. We only had 24 hrs in Verona and wanted to be in walkable area. This is not. We did not stay here and asked for a partial refund but our calls went unanswered
