This place was Phenomenal! You literally have a Hotel that Sits 3m from the Lake!

The Hotel is literally nesting by the Lake, you can swim anytime you like. 8 AM or at midnight. Literally walk out the hotel door 5 m and the lake is at your feet where you can lay, sunbeds, chairs, steps to go I. To Lake. Insane. It’s private only for Hotel Guests. The Breakfast is worth the Price Alone. The freshest coldest fruit I’ve had in years, scrambled eggs to die for. We are definitely coming back. AC is not in the rooms so in summer I’d consider going. We went in September 28 degrees it was fine.

it might was a great property decades ago, but nowadays is urging for renovation, we had several technical issues during our stay and overall feeling of an outdated location and poor management

The hotel is great if you can tolerate the heat at nights

The location is superb. Breakfast and serving was surprisingly great for Italy

There’s no air conditioning in the rooms. You have to open all windows and the balcony door, but in 6am they turn on pretty noisy lawn sprinklers and your sleep end at the time.

Very nice property as advertised. Staff were in general really kind and welcoming. The kayaks were offered without charge which was very generous

2 minor issues. Invited for a drink on arrival whilst room been prepared and drink appeared on Bill which we did not question. Elderly owner gentleman obviously retired seemed to thrive on been obnoxious to younger staff and guest no excuse for bad manners .This does not take away from fact that we will repeat business there particularly the use of kayaks

The hotel is settled in a perfect location. The views are breathtaking. If you want to take a rest it's a great place, mainly because of private beach. There is no tourist crowd. The stuff was also very friendly and helpful. The recepcionist at the day of our arrival explained us everything with a smile on her face.

Exception was poor breakfast. Included only things such as jam, nutella and cottage cheese and coffee or cappucino. In order to eat something like ham or eggs or even to drink juice, you must pay extra. I think that there should be also a bottle of water in the room and shower gel or shampoo instead of soap. It's a basic thing.

The hotel has direct access to the lake.

Guest Manager is a joke. Smug person who just wants your money. No breakfast, even though you book it with breakfast. Well their breakfast is - packed butter and Nutella with 3 buns. The pool was dirty, pool area was not done for usage. Wrong address entered everywhere - booking, website etc. Service at the restaurant comes just twice. To take your order and for the payment. No service in-between. So you need to go to the bar again to order something. The only good reason to go there is too meet the nice lady at the desk. She was the only nice person.

Poor breakfast, really simple. If you want a real one you have to pay extra charge even if you have already paid for a full breakfast. The staff is really nice but don't speak a word of english.

Als Notunterkunft gerade noch zu empfehlen

Direkt am Strand

Gefährlich an der Straße gelegen und die nächste Ortschaft ca 10km entfernt. Das Essen ist für mich nicht zu empfehlen zu teuer und schmeckt wie Fertiggerichte beim Discounter . Fernseher nur italienisch, beim duschen gibt es eine Überschwemmung bis zur Toilette, und auf das Frühstück kann man sich auch nicht freuen.

Ein wunderbares Hotel mit direktem See-Zugang und schönem Garten. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber sehr viel Charme. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Perfetto per watersports e relax.

Posizione perfetta per windsurf e altri sport d'acqua. Ho dormito in una stanza vista lago. Ho armato l'attrezzatura nel giardino e sono partito direttamente dal molo dell'hotel. Quasi 3 ore di windsurf in uno degli spot piu' ambiti dai "local" della sponda ovest. A seguire una colazione ottima ed abbondante. Il resto della giornata in relax.

Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft wir kommen immer wieder gerne in dieses Hotel. Erholung auf der ganzen Linie. Wir schätzen die ruhige Lage samt direkter Bademöglichkeit☀️ Aufmerksames freundliches Personal und Hotelchef top man fühlt sich willkommen :)

Leider gab es keine Halbpension in diesem Jahr und der Kühlschrank im Erdgeschoss mit Getränken war nicht mehr vorhanden. Die fehlenden Liegen auf dem Balkon in diesem Jahr wurden auf Nachfrage umgehend gestellt. Das das Wasser zum duschen in diesem Jahr nur spärlich aus der Leitung kam, liess sich leider nicht beheben.

Gardasee pur - einfach nur traumhaft!

Gardasee pur - was für ein tolles Hotel mit einem wunderschönen direkten Zugang zum Gardasee. . Erstklassiger Service, leckeres Essen in einem offenen Restaurant, wunderbares Team sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, leckeres Frühstück, saubere Zimmer und Hotel.

Wir waren 10 Tage dort und ich würde nichts ändern wollen.

Traumhafter Urlaub!

Wir hatten das Zimmer im Garten und die Aussicht war ein Traum. Man kann Stundenlang im Garten verweilen.

Für den Preis war alles tiptop. Wir hatten nur sehr warm im Zimmer und mussten am Abend jeweils Lüften. Wurde jedoch schnell wieder warm im Zimmer, sobald die Fenster zu waren. Dennoch aushaltbar :).
