Borgo Santa Cristina

Een heel mooie rustige locatie. Mooi huisje op een heuvel midden in de natuur . Castel Giorgio is een klein maar gezellig dorpje. Enzo de eigenaar is een zeer vriendelijke man die je goed ontvangt.

De ijskast zou iets beter mogen koelen.

The Borgo Santa Cristina is a place for tranquility, and a place to enjoy quietness without tv and wi-fi (4G mobile connections are available, if needed). The house is in a private corner of a big property with views of the fields with sheep. The closes neighbour is a retirement home, and there is a well-assorted local supermarket less than two km away. The house is close to several tourists’ attractions in Umbria as beautiful Orvieto and Lake Bolsena (both less than 20 min drive away). The house is a two-storey house. On the ground floor is a big combined kitchen/living area with a 180-degree view of the fields, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor is not air-conditioned. On the first floor is a third bathroom and two air-conditioned bedrooms (one bedroom was locked off due to storage at our visit). The outside area is very private. On the upper level of the garden is a big table to have your meals outside. The plastic pool is placed at the lower level accessible by stairs and is approximately 5 meters wide, 10 meters long and 1.20 meters deep. It is surrounded by a raised wooden deck, so the owner recommends guests to wear flip flops to avoid splinters.
