The interior design and central location and lovely staff so kind and helpful quick communication and easy checkin and out. Had everything I needed plus my room was an apartment (jute room) had a washing machine which is handy if needed during a longer stay and a terrace.

Lovely spacious corner room for our night here with comfy bed. On the edge of the old quarter in nice quiet street and 5 min walk or less into beautiful Ciutadella. Friendly, helpful staff.
Although tea and coffee facilities available there is no milk for tea. Bathroom was very snug! Got a car parking ticket; do be aware of the timings at local car park and bays in which you can park for free. White is free, blue is to pay and although cheap we got caught out!

Town centre location but quiet. Rooms small but quirky. Staff very helpful and friendly. Ona and Millon were great. Would stay again.
