Great location, spacious room. Otherwise I can find better value for money.

Location was the best thing about this place - I had a function to attend down the same street. It was about 15-min walk to the beach as well. WiFi worked well. Room was a decent size.

The place seemed to be a bit run down. Stains on the room carpet, holes in my bed sheet. The bathroom fan did not work (and had not been cleaned for a while, even though the whole place was fairly clean overall). No basic tea, coffee or sugar, which seems to be a standard everywhere except hostels these days.

We were fully satisfied with our stay in the apartment. Communication with the host was excellent – very friendly and responsive. The apartment is centrally located, which made it easy to get around. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away, which was perfect for us. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to others

Ich komme gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und kuschelig warm (ich war dort bei Außentemperaturen um die -5°C!). Strand, Bahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Eigentlich hat mir alles gefallen. Die beiden Wohnungen im 2. Stock sind nur über zwei relativ enge und steile Treppen erreichbar, aber mir persönlich hat das nichts ausgemacht.

Dovolená ve Svinoústí

V den příjezdu jsme dostali kód k boxu na klíče. Náš pokoj byl v prvním patře, je čtyřlůžkový a byli jsme tam jen dva, každý z nás měl k dispozici svou manželskou postel. V pokoji byla dále skříň, gauč, křeslo, malinký konferenční stolek a televizor. V předsíni je věšák na oděvy a v kuchyni pak malá lednička s malým výparníkem, dvouplotýnkový elektrický vařič, mikrovlnka, varná konvice, kávovar, topinkovač, nádobí. Dále jsou zde čtyři dřevěné židle a docela velký stůl, menší gauč. V koupelně je sprchový kout, umyvadlo a WC. Parkování pro tři auta je za domem.

Schody do prvního patra jsou docela nešikovně řešené (pro zdravé v pohodě). Společná pračka je na chodbičce v docela stísněném výklenku, v pokoji není sušák na prádlo. Stejně tak v pokoji chybí mop či hadr, bohužel sprchový kout, ač krásný, je řešen tak, že po každém sprchování bylo nacákáno. Tyto zápory nejsou ale nic zásadního.

W sam raz na zimowy tydzień odpoczynku nad morzem.

Mieszkanie w cichej i spokojnej okolicy. Wewnątrz cieplutko i przytulnie. Mieszkanie było na drugim piętrze i latem może być gorąco pod dachem, ale zimą było super. W mieszkaniu są naczynia, garnki, kuchenka, mikrofalówka, czajnik a nawet ekspres przelewowy. W łazience była suszarka do włosów. Łóżko wygodne, poduszki mniej ;) Kontakt z właścicielem telefoniczny. Wszystko było zgodnie z przekazanymi przez niego wskazówkami.

Przydałby się mop w pokoju, bo nanieśliśmy trochę śniegu i nie było jak wytrzeć. Cały budynek z drewnianą podłogą, stąd dużo skrzypiących dźwięków :)

Steile Stiegen in der Unterkunft, es tropfte aus der deckenlüftung Bad. sehr hellhörig. Aussicht vor dem Haus-abriss objekt/Ruine. kein Duschvorhang, Heizung war nicht warm genug-Vermieter hat sofort reagiert (danke dafür).

wygodne mieszkanie na pierwszym piętrze, do plaży 10-15 minut, do marketów podobnie, lokalizacja nieco na uboczu, dzięki czemu było spokojniej niż w pobliżu plaży. Apartament wygodny, odsyć duży, z dobrze wyposażonym aneksem kuchennym (lodówka, płyta, czajnik, ekspres do kawy, toster, naczynia, ręczniki, suszarka do włosów), prywatna łazienka poza apartamentem ale tuż przy nim, parking w pobliżu. Byliśmy tydzień i nie męczyliśmy się - chętnie wrócimy :)

Schlüssel über Schließfach, nah am Bahnhof Zentrum, großes Zimmer, zu Fuß ca. 15 Min. zum Strand oder in die Innenstadt, ruhig (nur die Hausnachbarn hat man manchmal gehört), Küchenzeile mit Kaffeemaschine

Für mich hat alles sehr gut gepasst.

Für Kurzaufenthalte durchaus ausreichend. Es war angemessen sauber, das Zimmer groß, die Küchenausstattung ausreichend. Kostenloser Parkplatz. Schnelles Internet.

Die Lage war nicht gut, der Ausblick, schrecklich zu ertragen.Ruine wahrscheinlich noch von der Russenarmee. Keine Möglichkeit eines Aufenthaltes außerhalb des Zimmers, die Fenster ließen sich nur kippen, die Tür quietschte schrecklich, die Dielen knarrten, jeder Schritt von oben bebte unten. Kein deutsches Fernsehen.

Bardzo miła obsługa, czystość apartamentu i jego wielkość, wyposażenie-wszystko co trzeba.

Popsuta roleta i okno. Skrzypiące podłogi, nie szło spać bo wszystkie kroki i rozmowy było słychać jakby to było przy nas. Jedno z łózek pekniete deski,nie naprawione po wczesniejszych pobytach.Brak grzejnika w łazience,przy zimnych wieczorach-nocach masakra z komfortem kąpieli.
