24 hour reception which was great, and really easy to get into the room during the night. The location is really convenient, you have everything on your doorstep.
The whole apartment needs upgrading a bit in our opinion. There was an awful smell coming from the bathroom sink, and no window or ventilation. The apartment is on a very busy street, so noise throughout the night. We had to play soft music to be able to fall asleep.
