Basic accomodation but with everything needed. The atmosphere feels quite familiar. Cleaning is done daily. The position is very central and the host was super helpful.

Private, quiet, and convenient central location. Walking distance less than 5 min to the ferry and around the corner from the Central Park. Comfortable and spacious for 1. Enough space to work and organize my over packed belongings. Responsive, flexible, and welcoming staff.
WiFi was not strong and cut out during my remote work meetings often.
