Our stay was delightful. Apartment is just perfect, has everything you need and more :) The location is great, just a minute away from the sea, many restaurants and bars around, cafe next doors, shopping mall 100 metres away. Free private parking included which is very convenient as it's quite difficult to find free space on public parkings. Also, I must say, Lerici and it's surroundings are wonderful place to spend holiday.

Too small for a famlily stay Although clean and newly painted it just lacked atmosphere / ambience Resembled what you could expect from an AirNb stay
