La casa está bien y muy bien ubicada con una excepción que comento con los comentarios negativos. Todo limpio y apartamento acogedor.
Justo por detrás del edificio a unos 30 metros hay una carretera con bastante tránsito y el dormitorio principal da a esta carretera y de noche hay bastante ruido, con una doble ventana se solucionaría prácticamente. Faltaba el pestillo de la puerta de paso entre el salón y la terraza por lo que no se podía bloquear para evitar el paso, esto genera cierta inseguridad ya que las terrazas están tan juntas que cualquiera podría haber entrado, deberían arreglarlo.

Very nice location, 6 mins walking distance to the beach. Nice view from living room.
The bathroom has weird stink smell. Kitchen equipment is not clean.
