We had a wonderful stay at Quinta do Castanheiro. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, and the whole place was clean, quiet and peaceful. There is plenty of space around the property.
We were also pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade from the cottage to a Tiny House, which was a lovely touch. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed, and the swimming pool was beautiful.
A really lovely place to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We would definitely come back.
The only small thing to mention is that, as the weather was exceptionally hot during our stay, the sleeping area upstairs in the Tiny House became quite warm at night. Perhaps a fan or some additional ventilation could make it even more comfortable on particularly hot nights.

Espaço verde, transmite imensa paz.
Estivemos hospedados na " Tiny House" e parecia uma casinha de bonecas. Adoramos.
Com tudo que precisávamos, frigorífico, microondas, um bom fogão, utensílios de cozinha...etc.
Até recebemos "visitas" de um gato(Bob) muito amistoso que pertence a Quinta. Tivemos pouco tempo, mas quando voltarmos, ficaremos mais tempo! Está prometido!!!

Haviam toalhas por lavar na casa de banho e não colocaram papel higiénico novo, era o dos hóspedes anteriores

Localização próxima da Praia das Rocas
Pouca flexibilidade dos funcionários. Inicialmente foi-nos dito que podíamos efectuar o check out até às 11h e permanecer no local até às 17h, pois um de nós estava a trabalhar. No entanto fomos abordados às 15h por um funcionário, a dizer que se não saíssemos das instalações, teríamos que pagar mais um dia. A piscina e o bar estavam praticamente vazios, não entendemos esta atitude, pois não estávamos a incomodar minimamente.
