Amenities: Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, very well equipped, nicely decorated and air conditioned. Location: Fantastic! 3 minute walk to water taxi and water buses. 5-10 minute walk to San Marco square. Many good restaurants within 5 minute walk. Opens to a very quant square. Host: Fantastic! Massimo is a wealth of information and checked in on us often and provided us with very useful tips. A meet & greet rep met us at check in to familiarize us with the property and to answer any questions. Massimo also took the time to assist us with a lost article!

The location was excellent! This was recommended to us by a friend that stayed here last year. With their family. We couldn’t have been more happy. We were a party of 8 (6 adults,2 kids) and this was perfect spot for us. There was plenty of room, well equipped, and everything was very clean. Check-in with was very helpful and check out was very smooth! The restaurant across the street is a given and staff there were great, as they know the owner, Massimo. It’s so close to all main attraction and restaurants. We cant say enough about the generosity and our communication with Massimo! He was so kind and helpful throughout the whole trip. With no hesitation, we would definitely stay here again and recommend Massimo’s home to anyone visiting Venice. Thank You

Beautiful house located in a nice square very close to San Marco and Riva degli Schiavoni. The house was clean and equipped with all kind of facilities. Massimo, the owner, and Sabrina, who welcomed us, were really nice and helpful. They gave us a lot of valuable tips on itineraries and activities to do in Venice.
