The host was very nice and available. There was all the recurring. Very simple overall. Very clean as well.
The simple decoration and the poor illustration gives a depressing look to the flat at night. Price a bit high for what is offered.

Kardiakafti village is a good point for exploring this part of Peloponnesus. The house is clean, very comfortable with very nice garden. Magdalena is a great host, very helpful and kind person. We enjoyed time spent there. The closest beach is 5 mins drive. The village itself is small and quite but however you can find everything you need in the near by villages.
