About this house rental
On the western coast of the Peloponnese, approx. 7 km south of the port town of Kyllini and approx. 3 km northwest of the small, charming village of Kastro, lies the idyllic area of Psili Rachi, stretching all the way down to the sea. Here, directly by the beach and surrounded by lush greenery, the holiday homes NIKOS and DIONISIOS are situated on a flat, spacious natural and garden property, surrounded by olive and pine trees and close to the extensive beach.
Along this sunny coastline of Ilia, with magnificent views of the Ionian Sea and the islands of Zakynthos and Kefalonia, the simply and functionally furnished holiday homes offer a peaceful setting. Directly on the beach in front of the houses there is a taverna. It is run by the owners of the holiday homes, who take great care of their guests and their culinary well-being. The taverna is generally open from 1 June to 20 September.
The holiday home DIONISIOS is located directly on the beach, slightly set apart and approx. 15 m from another holiday home. On the directly adjoining property, surrounded by olive trees, three further NIKOS holiday homes are situated in a row approx. 90 m behind the beach houses. Two of them (WEPGB003-4) are rented through our agency, while the third is occasionally used by the owners' family.
The simply and functionally furnished, centrally located holiday home NIKOS 3 is situated between holiday home NIKOS 4 and the privately occupied house of the owners' family, nestled among beautiful olive trees. The house is located on the raised ground floor and is accessible via approx. five steps.
From the large terrace extending around the house, you can enjoy lovely views of the olive grove in front of the property. The living room with adjoining kitchenette leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. From the living room, you have direct access to the spacious, covered terrace surrounding the house – the heart of the holiday home. Here you can relax, read, enjoy the sunshine or simply unwind.
At the rear of the property there is an outdoor barbecue, which is available for shared use by guests of the three holiday homes. The fine pebble beach is just under 200 m away. Sun loungers and parasols are available for guests on the beach.
A perfect location for those seeking peace and relaxation, surrounded by beautiful scenery and close to the sea, offering guests carefree days by the beach. Several lovely sandy beaches can be found approximately 5 km further south.

Sehr schöne Lage inmitten eines Olivenhains mit einem kleinen "Streifen" Meerblick, wobei man in zwei Minuten am Strand ist. Das Haus war relativ sauber und war gut ausgestattet. Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren stets hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der mega Spot! Ein wunderbares Haus neben Olivenhain, 2 Minuten zu Fuß um sich in die Wellen zu schmeißen! Einfach wunderbar!

Das Haus ist nah am Strand gelegen (in zweiter Reihe nach ein paar größeren Ferienhäusern). Das Restaurant am Strand ist unbedingt zu empfehlen, wir haben hier so vorzüglich gespeist wie sonst nirgendwo auf Peloponnes. Man ist schnell in Kastro zum Einkaufen und in ca. 20 Minuten am Melissa Beach, wenn man Sand bevorzugt. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diesen Ort und das kleine Ferienhaus unbedingt empfehlen.

Supertolles Haus umgeben in herrlicher Natur, abseits vom Massentourismus! Geeignet für Familien mit Hund. Im Garten und am Strand gibt es auch Außenduschen, sowie einen Grill. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Direkt am Strand gibt es eine Kantina, hier kann man bei Sonnenuntergang sein Essen genießen. Alles in Allem ein super Anwesen, wir kommen gerne wieder.
