About this house rental
The district Psili Rachi stretches up to the sea and is in an idyllic location, on the western coast of the Peloponnese, approx. 4km south of the port city Kyllini and approx. 3km northwest of the small and charming village Kastro. The 5 holiday houses NIKOS and DIONISIOS are situated in a lovely green area on a large, gently sloping nature and garden property surrounded by olive and pine trees, directly on the beach between several craggy bays with fine sandy beaches. The practically furnished holiday houses are on the very sunny coast of Ilia with a beautiful view of the Ionian Sea up to the islands Zakynthos and Kefalonia. In front of the houses there is a beach cantina run by the landlords of the holiday houses who ensure your culinary well-being is cared for (open from 1st June – 30th September).
The holiday house NIKOS 4 is in a row with the holiday houses NIKOS 2 and 3 (WEGB002-3)in a distance of approx. 15mtr to each other and approx. 100mtr behind the holiday houses NIKOS 1 (WEPGB001) and DIONISIOS (WEPGC001).
The simply furnished holiday house NIKOS 4 is at the corner of this row, next to the holiday house NIKOS 3, immersed in a beautiful grove of olive trees. The house is on elevated ground floor, approx. 5 steps. From the circumferential terrace you have a wonderful view of the olive grove in front of the house. The living room with adjoining kitchen leads to the bedrooms and the bathroom. From the living room you have also direct access to the circumferential, roofed terrace which is the heart of the holiday house. Here you can relax, read a book or simply let you soul unwind. In the rear part of the property you will find an open air barbecue which is for the shared use of all guests in the 3 holiday houses. The fine gravel beach is less than 200mtr away. Sunbeds und parasols are provided at the beach.
This is an ideal location for people seeking tranquility. The beautiful scenery and the direct location at the beach promise a relaxing holiday at the seashore. Approx. 5km to the south there are several fine sandy beaches.

Das Ferienhaus war ein Traum . Entspannung pur. Die rundum Terrasse ist mega und der wirklich kurze Weg zum Strand, durch Oliven- und Feigenbäume, ermöglicht spontanes Badevergnügen. Der Strand ist für sehr kleine Kinder nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen, da sehr Steinig und schnell tief. Abends gab es auch regelmässig hohe Wellen. Aber nicht weit entfernt, Tipp vom Vermieter, gibt es einen schönen Sandstrand. Die Strandbar ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Super Essen, freundliche Bedienung und traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge. Auch der Vermieter war immer sehr hilfsbereit und gab gute Tipps zur Umgebung. Von seinen Feigenbäumen durften wir uns jederzeit bedienen

Unterkunft sauber und ordentlich, Schlüsselübergabe vollkommen problemlos. Bei unserem Aufenthalt kam es durch Gewitter zu Stromausfall was zur Folge hatte, dass kein Wasser lief. Der Vermieter kümmerte sich sofort darum, der Stromversorger reparierte den Mast und er selbst setzte unverzüglich die Wasserversorgung instand. Für den Ausfallzeitraum stand die Taverne mit Notstromaggregat zur Verfügung. Alles in allem eine zügige Hilfe ohne großen Aufwand.

Einfach traumhaft! Bester Spot, das Haus mit umlaufender Veranda & Außengrill perfekt und Familie Kouris (Vermieter) sowieso der Knaller: nächstes Jahr wieder! Jassu!!!

Unterkunft ist sauber und ordentlich übergeben worden. Defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde umgehend ausgetauscht. Vermieter war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit
