The property was excellent, it was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities we needed.

We had a very unfortunate miscommunication with Marina, she had communicated to us (in writing) that we could check out at 1pm and because of this we bought groceries to make a nice big brunch the next morning, however at 930am she asked if we were ready to leave, I explained no we haven’t showered, packed our bags eaten or anything as she said we could check out at 1. She apologised and said she’d made a mistake but we need to go at 10 or she’ll call the police. I told her it wasn’t physically possible and as it was her mistake, could we go at 11 so we have time to get ready, she refused and said latest 1015. We were very angry and upset to be kicked out without being able to properly get ready and prepare for our journey home.
